Why we love the

DOE:-They’re awesome-They ‘re our source of inspiration-Just knowing they exist is enough to give us hope-They give meaning to the world-The universe continues to exist because of them-Thanks to them, we have finally achieved world peace and found the cure to cancer.

Cosmic Rays are generous gifts from the DOE that allow us to continue our existence on the earth.

The DOE allowed me the honor of learning that these rays exist and were even so generous as to allow me to use the name Cosmic Rays on this poster and thus reveal this great pearl of wisdom to the rest of the world.

In our current experiments rubbing two sticks together to try to create fire and even in our breakthrough development of the wheel, we would have never dreamed that such things as Cosmic Rays could exist. This is surely a generous gift bestowed on us by the DOE!

Although we may not know what

they are, we have the privilege of knowing they

exist, and that is enough.
