Intro:
Should pupils be allowed to work duringschool holidays? My answer is Why not?. BeforeI proceed further, let me specify the group ofpupils who should be allowed to work. I wouldsay pupils who are in Form Four and aboveshould be permitted to do so. They shouldideally work as sales assistants in supermarkets,pump attendants at petrol kiosks or take up jobs
that are only approved by their parents.Obviously, the advantages of working faroutweigh the disadvantages.

In conclusion, money should not be themain aim for the pupils to work. Theyshould be thinking more on gaining
experience by keeping themselves busydoing work during the school holidays. Forsure, working during the school holidays
will benefit a lot for a pupil. Therefore, heor she should be allowed to work.
