handle differences when working with your Board. When you’re done, and not before, go

About the Scoring

- The range of scores for each style is 0-15. The higher your score, the more that style reflects

your profile.

- Some of us score high in one style, others have a tie with 2 or 3, while yet others are more

equal across the board.

- Your scores may reflect an adaptive response to your work needs and demands, or level of

conflict you are experiencing.

- There is no right or wrong answer. However, the goal of any self-assessment is self-

awareness. And self-awareness is the basis for developing judgment in selecting a conflict

management strategy to achieve the best possible outcome for a given situation.
