Thanksgiving Baskets
A wonderful way to show the
love of Jesus is to make a
Thanksgiving
basket for the United Methodist
Neighborhood Center. You still have time to get one
together! A list of contents may be found on the
back page of this newsletter. Bring the contents to
church and drop them off in the designated area in
the main hallway.
Return by Tuesday, November, 14.
Hey, Colonial Park! Together we specifically ordered 109 bags of pecans. Good job! But the bigger news is I had to order complete cases. That means I’ve got plenty of bags of assorted flavors just waiting for your purchase. We only have 5 extra bags of plain, which is the big seller, so call and let me know if you want them. We have varying amounts of the rest, so keep in mind cousins you might see, that you will need a gift for, under the tree. I/we have lots of milk chocolate to sell. And remember, these pecans support our ministry, Family Prom-ise. These pecans will be delivered to me before this Sunday, I’m thinking, and can be paid for with cash or check. Hopefully everybody can pick up theirs before Thanksgiving. We get to be the hands and feet of Jesus while enjoying a tasty treat. Let’s talk! Ruth Crawford 497-5561
It’s Turkey Time!
Colonial Park’s United Methodist Men can again help you with your Thanksgiv-ing holiday needs with delicious smoked bone-in turkey breasts for only $30.00 each. Sign-up order sheets are in the main hall or you may call the church office at 683-5286. Payment may be made at pickup.
Cut off for orders will be the end of business on Tuesday, November 14th.
Pickup will be Saturday, November 18th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. outside The Fireplace.
Net proceeds benefit the United Methodist Men’s operating costs, missions, scholarship and projects.

always welcome to join us for these inspirational lessons, warm fellow-ship, and meaningful discussion. Covenant Class: The Covenant Class is an adult intergenerational fel-
