- Liaison with architects and contractors to define and execute successful space for signature Crunch classes including Antigravity Yoga, Pole Dancing, Park-our & Body Web-TRX. Classes required special lighting, rigging and effects.

- Designed and oversaw installation nationwide exterior sign package. Generated shop drawings for permit approval. Reviewed BSA & PA drawings for code compatibility.

- Programmed and budgeted for remodels, gut renovations and club acquisitions. Purchased all Personal Training and Group Fitness related gear companywide.

- Surveyed new space and developed drawings for site feasibility, lease negotiations and exhibits. Create master base plans including all finishes, lighting, equipment and evacuation routes.

- Design mini gym sets for MTV’s “The Real World: Brooklyn” and Oxygen Network’s “Dance Your Ass Off” Seasons 1&2.

- Completed gut renovation of several retail spaces for banking services. Programs included new structure for vaults, front and back of house, exterior façade and signage and MEP systems.

- Researched NYC Zoning and Building Codes to generate bid and construction documents that ensured client and tenant were in compliance with laws and regulations.

- Held responsibility for maintaining construction schedule with contractors and vendors during weekly site meetings. - Corresponded with property management and Co-op boards for coordination, design approval and site access. - Created construction drawings for single family high end residential projects. Included space planning, finish selection

and interior and exterior details.
