CHILLI PANEER

Chilli paneer

Ingrediants:

Onion-1 choppedCapsicum-1 choppedTomato-1 choppedGarlic-6 cloves slicedGinger-1 inch piece choppedTomato Sauce-1 tblspnSoya Sauce-2 tspVinegar-1 tblspnRed chilli paste-1 tblspnPaneer-1 packet cubedSalt-to tasteSugar-1 tspAjinomoto-1 tspRed colour-a pinchOil For deep frying + 1 tblspnSpring onion for garnishing

For Batter:

Flour-1/2 cupCorn flour-1 tblspnSalt to tastePepper-1 tspSoya sauce-1 tsp

Method:

Mix the ingrediants given for the batter together with some water to make a smooth paste.Dip each paneer cubes in the batter and fry lightly.Remove that and set it aside.

Now in a kadai add oil and fry some garlic and ginger for 30 sec.Then add in onions,capsicum,tomatoes and fry for 2 min.Add in tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar,red chilli paste,salt,sugar,ajinomoto,red colour and mix well.
