Ruthenium(III)-Catalyzed Phenylselenylation of Allyl Acetates by Diphenyl Di-selenide and Indium(I) Bromide in Neat: Isolation and Identification of Interme-diate. — The reaction allows a simple, fast, and efficient access to allyl phenyl sele-nides. It proceeds with excellent regioselectivity and in most cases with high stereose-lectivity. Phenylselenylation of benzyl acetate is also possible. A pentacoordinated in-dium selenolate intermediate complex is isolated and characterized for the first time. — (SAHA, A.; RANU*, B. C.; Org. Biomol.
