ASSURED DECENT LAST RITES SCHEME (ADLR)

RULES GOVERNING ENTITLEMENT OF EX-GRATIA
“The main condition to be satisfied for the payment of ex-gratia lump sum compensation in the specified circumstances is that the death of the employee concerned should have occurred in the actual performance of bonafide official duty. In other words, a causal connection should be established between the occurrence of the death and the government service”
