• Adecco USA is broken out into 9 major divisions: Adecco, Adecco Technical, Ajilon IT Consulting, Ajilon Communications, Ajilon Finance, Ajilon Legal, Ajilon Solutions, Lee Hecht Harrison & Staffwise Legal
• Adecco is consolidating, East Windsor, Springfield, Waterbury, Rocky Hill & Wallingford offices.
• Adecco currently uses the following Job Boards for online Recruitment Advertising in the Hartford DMA: Yahoo HotJobs, Monster.com & Careerbuilder.com
• All budgeting and advertising decisions are decentralized. Currently recruiting for more staff; specifically an internal mid-level Account Executive, Entry level clerical, Admin, Customer Service, Call Center & Information Services positions. Also recruiting for Accounting and Finance positions.
• Currently working with Bank of America Mortgage Call Center, MDA Call Center is difficult to recruit for. Most of the call centers handle inbound and outbound calls. Also, recruits for Light Industrial and CNC Machinists (i.e. Manufacturing) positions.
• Just signed a 1 year contract with United Technology (UTC).• Just signed a contract with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association related to the
Hartford Convention Center.• Recently participated in the Career Fair at Rensselaer. During the Fall and Spring
Adecco participates in the Monster Job Fair where they have consistently received over 100 resumes. They also participate in The Department of Labor Job Fair.
