vintage 2011A prolonged dry, warm spring and summer meant excellent flowering and setting of bunches, through to an extremely healthy harvest, with good levels of sugar and acidity.
harvest At the beginning of September, some three weeks earlier than normal.
wine-making After pressing the juice was left to settle and then fermented at 16ºC for two weeks.
ageing Aged on lees for three months.

tasting note Pale yellow in colour, bright and clear with hints of gold and green. Aromas of apricot, pineapple and green apples dominate over a background of dried grasses and white blossoms. The palate is full and rich, but with a good backbone of acidity which keeps it fresh. Long aftertaste.
