Limitation of professional librarian

To enhance the technical knowledge of librarian through
internal and external training, workshops, meetings and
conferences.
To continue training between the HSL staff and HSL staff
(peer education).

To find support for librarians to work on the digitized collection, especially Education Resource Center (ERC).
To motivate the staff to develop themselves through self learning, reading, and research.
To send staff to learning relevant subjects such as English, & computer skills which are very useful in library work
Priorities & Conclusion
Development of our human resources the first priority for professional librarians
To reach the “ONE ASEAN, One Destiny”,
More participation by HSL staff in local and overseas workshops, training, conferences and sharing experiences are necessary.
