What you need to do
For this part of the task you will produce a letter that is suitable to send to contacts on behalf of you business
The letter should take the form of a ticket booking confirmation
It should be in keeping with your other documents

Recipients address
Main body of text
Company details

What to include in your letter
Your company logo Recipients address Details about the event Confirmation of ticket
booking Information telling them
when the tickets will arrive Details of your website Your name Your company details
Adding fields (Needed for a distinction)1. Click Insert and select ‘Field’
2. In Categories select Date and Time
4. Select Date
5. Select your format
6. Repeat the process but select other categories such as Document name and add this to you letter.
To add your address at the bottom
Click View Then Footer Then fill in the
details at the bottom of the page
