Our Mission
A permanent sovereign debt risk
Sources: International Monetary Fund, World Economic Outlook Database, April 2013
GDP growth highly affected by the
political tensions and the Syrian crisis
Lebanon : A fragile situation
• How are training institutions supposed to carry out their mission? How close
can they remain to the agenda of reform? How close are they to the real
needs in PFM?
• What are the skills and competencies needed to work in government in the
next 20 to 30 years?
• To which extend are we, as learning institutions, contributing to align the
quality of supply to the demand so that learning is captured at the work place
and has a measurable impact?
