TRINITY METRO FOCUS
14
• Strengthen partnerships to ensure parallel paths.
• Seek innovative transit solutions that make sense.
• Steadily improve our services to ensure a safe, clean transit system.
• Share and steward our corporate pass program, EasyRide.
![Page 15: BRIEFING ON TRINITY METRO INITIATIVES](https://reader034.vdocuments.site/reader034/viewer/2022052106/62875f7a88bcaf30857e354a/html5/thumbnails/15.jpg)
FACTOIDS
15
• The Fort Worth City Council appoints eight of our 11 board members. Tarrant County appoints three members.
• TEXRail DMU #8 is named Spike. He has been invited to attend the 150th anniversary celebration of the Golden Spike, May 10, in Utah, and will be the star attraction at Stadler’s new plant opening, May 9.
• Two of the most vocal supporters of public transit on the current city council are unopposed in the upcoming election. (Coincidence or fact? You decide.)
• In FY2018, Trinity Metro provided nearly 8 million rides to North Texas citizens and visitors.
• No more 10-syllable names! We are Fort Worth Central Station.
