Bread Pudding by Bob Levin

Ingredients:

4 slices bread toasted

10 lg. chicken eggs

1 can evaporated milk

2 cups milk

1 cup sugar

vanilla & cinnamon

raisins

1 stick butter

Directions:

Butter oblong glass baking pan. Break up toast into small pieces. Place pieces of butter all over

the top of the bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with raisins. In mixing bowl, beat eggs,

milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla. When mixed well, pour over bread and other

ingredients in the glass baking pan.

Place in 300˚ oven above a pan of water. Bake one hour.
