What is mental health and what does it mean to you?

Which of these is most likely to ‘bounce’ or ‘bounce back’?
![Page 7: Being Well community forum 2016](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022081521/587e0f991a28abe11a8b7989/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
What if this was the surface they were bouncing off?
![Page 8: Being Well community forum 2016](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022081521/587e0f991a28abe11a8b7989/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
So mental health and resilience can be built in the individual, but the environment is also important.
Our family, workplace, school and broader community environment matter.
