Real-Time Data Visualization & ReportingOur system aggregates and displays de-identified data (information that could identify individual students has been removed) across schools, school districts, counties, and states in real time. To eliminate duplicate data entry, we work with schools to streamline district or state reporting requirements and configure dashboards based on your organization’s individual needs.
Referral Support & TrackingStaff can refer students to services directly in BH-Works through a configurable referral directory, searching internal and external providers based on services offered, location, and availability. Referrals can be tracked and displayed on real-time data dashboards.
TelehealthStaff users can initiate virtual visits through BH-Works. During the session, care providers can take notes, obtain con-sent, perform screenings, or share educational materials with the student. Authorized staff users can access an audit of the virtual visit, including who participated, the duration of the consult, and provider notes.
