Beef Tomato CurryIngredients1/2 kg potatoes, cut into chunks and fried1-3/4 kg beef short ribs, cut up6 cloves garlic, crushed1 tbsp patis1/4 cup ginger strips2-3 pc siling labuyo, sliced2 pc siling haba, sliced2 packs (40 g each ) DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Curry Mix2 packs (40 g each ) DEL MONTE Quick n Easy Gata Mix*1 pouch (250 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce100 g red or green bell pepper, cut into cubes

PROCEDURE:1. Combine garlic, patis, and meat. Let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.2. Saut ginger and meat in 1 tbsp oil over high heat for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Add all the sili and saut for another 2 minutes.3. Add DEL MONTE Curry Mix and 1 pack of DEL MONTE Gata Mix, stir then add 1 cup of water and DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.4. Add remaining pack of gata mix dissolved in 1/3 cup water, and bell pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add potatoes. Serve.
