Use Case 1: Scenario
• Nine different call centers and scripting platforms.
• Each time a new script has to be implemented in the call centers – DR Company has to email the new Spec Directive and confirm the timeline with each individual call center
• If expedited timeline is required additional costs may be billed to DR Company by the specific Call Center
• Each script has to be QC’d by the call center and DR Company prior to the “Go Live” Date. The hours associated with QC’ing a script can range from 2 to 6 hours dependent on the complexity of the script.
• Test Files must be generated for each new script implementation by a call center for approval by DR Company prior to the “Go Live” Date
