• Introductory phone call and email from Environmental Project Manager (EPM)
• Project kick-off call with your project team, EPM and ULE auditors
• Receive from EPM: Project plan letter and SPC certification results spreadsheet
• Determine delivery and communication plan for the project, options include:
• Regularly scheduled phone calls and document review cycles (i.e. every 1 or 2 weeks)
• Collect and submit documents in bulk to ULE team, then ULE auditor arrives on-site to review documents and complete on-site audit
Project Kick-Off
(2 days)
• ULE team (i.e. EPM and ULE auditor) continuously completes review of documents submitted to confirm compliance with standard
• ULE team to update SPC certification results spreadsheet and provide status updates
• Confirm on-site audit plan
Desktop Certification

• Pre-audit call for each manufacturing location being audited (optional)
• On-Site audit of manufacturing location(s)
• Received completed on-site audit form via ULE team in the SPC certification results spreadsheet

• Publish product(s) on UL Environment database valid for 3 years
