Copper clad aluminum enameled wire adopts copper clad aluminum material as a new type of electromagnetic wire for the conductor, the characteristics of which are between copper and aluminum. The wire combines the excellent conductivity of copper and the advantages of light weight of aluminum and could greatly reduce the cost of electrical windings. Aluminum magnet wire, which uses aluminum wire as the electromagnetic wire for inner conductor, has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good flexibility. Welding alloys wires &rods
ER4043 is a general-purpose aluminum-silicon alloy welding wire, which has excellent welding process performance. It can ensure the beautiful and shaped seam with the stable arc, small spatter. The brazing material can be used to weld heat treatable parent metal, or rather 6××× series alloys. At the same time, due to its weak sensitivity to hot cracks, it can also be used for welding forging and casting materials (such as weld casting aluminum which contains up to 7% of Si). However, it is not recommended used for anodizing because the color of the weld metal is different from the base metal.

The weight of aluminum fasteners is 1/3 as much as the weight of the similar steel fasteners. The strength characteristics of this alloy are surprisingly good, and aluminum fasteners can be comparable to steel fasteners in specific strength. The most traditional conductor products have different functions. The conductor adopts bimetal combined wires, has good electrical conductivity and good tensile strength. It is safe, reliable, durable. And it can have less maintenance, simpler installation and complete fittings.
The most widely used and traditional conductor products. The conductor has no voltage limitation and is the main product of the UHV DC conductors in the national power transmission backbone network.
Grease can be painted to the steel core and aluminum layer to produce ACSR with different corrosion protection grades. Referring the standards, we can design, produce the conductors with different structure and property based on the requirement of clients. Applications
Product characteristics
The conductor has different properties and is made by bimetallic composite conductors. The conductor has a clean surface and tightly twisted conductors to reduce the outer diameter. It also has the effect of anti-icing and dropping wind force.
It is widely used for various transmission voltage levels up to 1200kv. If substitute G1A normal steel stand wires with the high-strength G2A~G5A galvanized strand wires, we can design the wire with high-strength and high-conductivity.

The conductor can be effectively operated in the high temperatures. Its ablity of transmit the current is two times as much as the conventional ACSR. It is the best conductor to solve the sag problem. Higher tensile strength and lower sag can reduce more than 20% of towers needed in transmission and therefore slow down the environmental degradation.
The current carrying capacity of the product is two times as much as that of the ACSR. This could reduce the sag as well as the line lose in 6.3% and reduce the the cost during the line construction and operation. It solved the technical bottlenecks in the area of overhead transmission, representing the future development trend of overhead conductors.

Product characteristics
The product is a special conductor that combines the high-strength steel core and high-strength aluminum alloys or thermal-resistant aluminum alloys wires. It has the extremely high transmission current capability and high tensile strength .and its corrosion resistance can be improved by applying aluminum-clad steel cores.
The rated break force of the wire is extremely high, thus it is particularly suitable for the occasions of large span, high dropout mountainous areas, river valleys. It is the first choice for special geographical conditions such as cross rivers project. In the urban-rural line reconstruction project, we will use steel cores to strengthen the aluminum alloy wires to increase the distance between towers, and ensure the electrical safety of seting up the cross lines, or making the line across bridges and roads. The load-bearing components use aluminum-clad steel to substitute galvanized steel wire, which allows the wire has excellent anti-corrosion performance, while improve the electrical conductivity.
