Why “Retool Your Expectations”?
When a customer walks in a retail shop to buy a handheld test tool, they already know which brand to buy from, which is very often not the Agilent brand.
We want the customer to reconsider their opinion —and we want them to consider Agilent handhelds.

Agilent’s history of innovation stretches back to 1939 when Bill Hewlett and David Packard founded Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto, Calif. Agilent was spun off from HP in 1999 as part of a corporate realignment that created two separate companies.
