Project Description BENEFITS ACHIVED
Switching off of Substation
Switching off of Substation duly taking load from less loaded other substation. With this under loaded substation become fully loaded and losses of one substation shall be minimised
0.35 Lakh kWh/ annum
Rs. 2.73 Lakhs / annum
Provision of Inverter type HVAC units
10 Nos. of conventional HVAC units have been replaced with Inverter type HVAC units duly providing energy savers for each AC unit
0.096 Lakh kWh/ annum
Rs. 0.766 Lakh / annum
Provision of BLDC pump
Lekha Bhavan is having Pumping station of 2 Nos. of 10 HP Mono submersible and 12.5 HP Monoblock pumps. For reducing energy consumption, 01 No. of 12.5 HP Monoblock pumps replaced with 10 HP BLDC pump
0.13 Lakh kWh/ annum
Rs. 1.04 Lakhs/ annum
Innovation Projects Implemented
1. Switching Off the Substation
The Lekha Bhavan Substation is being switched off duly taking load on less loaded transformer of other (LOFP) substation during non peak hours. Due to this under loaded transformer of other substation is fully loaded and maximum efficiency achieved in switched ON substation. And also due to switching off of Lekha Bhavan substation under loaded transformer losses minimized thus saved 35040 units savings per annum which leads monitory benefit of Rs.2.73 Lakhs per annum
