    Our market menu is designed to reflect the freshest seasonal produce available in the market place.

    Working closely with our suppliers, it gives us a chance to offer the best quality and value that the local markets can offer.

    Our fish comes fresh daily from Fleetwood, we use local butchers from both sides of the border and our free range eggs, potatoes, vegetables and ice cream come from Cheshire/Staffordshire farms… but let's not

    forget, markets can also offer much more than 'locally' sourced produce.
