The new residence hall is a suite-style community with private bathrooms and multiple student lounges on each floor. It has a large game room and common area, spacious laundry facilities, and Olive’s dining area with outdoor eating.

Vandiver Hall offers living space for 293 students in suite-style environments. Each four-person suite has its own bathroom and is furnished with movable furniture. The hall features many lounges, a game room and a large laundry facility.
Myers Hall offers four-person suites for students planning to stay on campus during breaks or summer. Each suite has its own bathroom.
Greek Housing consists of five buildings and is home to Southeast fraternities and sororities. The buildings are unique for each chapter. You can have the experience of living in a “traditional house” with all the amenities of living on campus.
Cheney Hall is a community-style residence hall located near the center of campus. Cheney has a distinct personality and offers one of the strongest living communities on campus.
Dearmont Hall is a community-style residence hall with a traditional courtyard. It is conveniently located next to Kent Library and across from Academic Hall. Each floor is home to 34 students with a community restroom and shower.
Henderson Hall is home to approximately 80 students. Each room has a bathroom. The first floor features a community lounge, laundry room and vending area.
Towers North and Towers West are suite-style residence halls. Each floor includes 4 four-person suites and three triple rooms, each with its own bath. Students share laundry, kitchen and lounge spaces.
Towers South and Towers East are community-style residence halls with single-gender floors. Each floor houses 36 students with common restroom and showers and a lounge. A 24-hour service desk, computer lab, large dining area and retail dining center are also available.
Washington Street Apartments are available for married students, students with dependents and non-traditional students.
