true whether or not your participants agreeing.
Inspire means…Having mentioned encompass and
obvious way. And to demonstrate it is real way there are not better one in this discussion.
OUTLINE OF THE ONE WHO CONDUCTS VIDEO CONFERENCE.Open with an introduction With lets the audience know who you are, what you are going to
be speaking about and why and what you hope achieve by the end of the speech.
Provide the preview of your points Telling the participants what you will be saying, that will help
you to achieve your aim, and in what order.Quickly move into your main points. Covering them in a logical order that builds your argument,
starting with the most basic or fundamental of your claims.Summarize the points you have made So that the participants and audience can feel confident that
they have understood everything in your conducting conference, you must to do closing with summarize.

Use a reputable audio visual supplier who preferably knows the venue.
Liaise closely with the venue to understand the possibilities and the limitations.
Don’t get carried away with new technology – keep it appropriate. Size isn’t everything!
