Change positionerCaution! Always disconnect supply circuits prior to changing positioner.
24 V supply can cause damage to the equipment if not switched off!a) Loosen the cable joint (1) and the hose conection (2).b) Remove the four screws (3) and open the lid (4).c) Disconnect the the cable (5) and the hose (6) from the positioner (7).d) Dismount and change the positioner.e) Reassemble the positioner in reverse order.
Caution! After replacement of the positioner, always execute the "Autotune" function. See, Set positioner.

Set positionerProcess operation level is automatically set each time the unit is switched on, it is possible to change between the MANUAL and AUTOMATIC by pressing the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC Key. In manual mode the valve can be opened or closed by operating the arrow keys.
The configuration menu can be activated from the process control level by pressing the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key and holding for 5 seconds.
Basic SettingsHas to be carried out on the initial settings of the positioner.
Select the settings applicable to the system. Run AUTOTUNE by selecting AUTOTUNE menu item and press the
MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key and holding for 5 seconds. TUNE is displayed with a countdown 5 - 0. AUTOTUNE will flash for 30 to 120 sec. TUNE END will be displayed. AUTOTUNE is completed.
Additional functionsBasic functions are activated when supplied from the factory. These are adequate for normal operation. For more demanding tasks ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS can be selected and specified. Following functions can be reached via the ADDFUNCT in the main menu.

Configuration menu, Additional functions The configuration menu can be activated from the process control level
by pressing the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key and holding for 5 seconds.
Select ADDFUNCT Item in main menu and then press the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key to enter the additional menu. When in the additional menu Arrow up and arrow down keys can be pressed to select the required Additional function. If this Additional function is confirmed by pressing the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key, it is marked with a (*).
All the functions marked in this way are brought into the main menu after the ENDFUNCT is confirmed. The Additional functions can now be parameters in the main menu expanded in this way.
Remove Additional function from main menu. Select the ADDFUNCT Item in main menu and then press the
MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key in the additional menu. If only one Additional function marked with a (*) is selected and confirmed by pressing the MANUAL/AUTOMATIC key, it will be removed from the main menu.
