1. Some stores are converting R22 to R404A.
2. Standard R404A has 66% more mass flow than R22 for the same heat transfer.
3. The mass flow increase calls for suction line re-piping with standard R404A systems.
4. Frio Verde R404A has the same mass flow as R22 due to subcooling at 50 ºF to 60 Deg ºF.
5. Frio Verde saves $30k to $40k of re-piping cost on a 50,000 sq ft. supermarket conversion.
