Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Welcome to the ninth annual “What’s New, What’s Next.” This year’s comprehensive event includes over 80 participating showrooms featuring product introductions, informative lectures, meet & greets and soirees. We are once again proud to have the support of our media partners and are honored to have the industry’s most notable names included in the programming.
We are proud that “What’s New, What’s Next” continues to unite the industry. It is first and foremost the time and place for introducing new products and celebrating the very best in design.
While touring the building, you will notice many new additions to the New York Design Center family. We have welcomed 17 new or expanded showrooms to the building during the last year, further enhancing the breadth of resources offered. Among other fine additions, Circa Lighting/Visual Comfort Studio on 32nd Street adds a new ground floor space.
We are thrilled to introduce “Butterfield Café at 200 Lex” located on our newly renovated 16th floor. Offering a fine selection of locally sourced foods, Irving Farm Roasters coffee and Butterfield’s famous frozen yogurt, the café is quickly becoming a favorite among designers shopping at 200 Lex.
We hope that you enjoy this year’s stellar line-up! More importantly, we hope that you return to shop often. The New York Design Center is committed to growth, innovation and creating a dynamic and vital marketplace offering the finest interior design products. It is for this reason 200 Lex remains the most progressive design center in the country.
Enjoy!Sincerely,
Jim DruckmanPresident & CEONew York Design Center

the Table
Kim Seybert’s Fall/Holiday 2017 collection will be on display in a one of a kind tablescape on the Korts & Knight white quartz Caeserstone table. Seybert founded her company on the firm belief that, “just as beautiful clothes are made to be worn, beautiful pieces can be made for the table—like fashion for the home.” Seybert’s work has genuinely redefined and revolutionized what it means to set the table, but equally important is her mission to preserve, encourage, and support the talents and techniques of artisans from all over the world.
