MAD CREATIONS PLANNER 5 WEEKS KETO I have created 5 weeks of low carb planners for everyone to have free access to. 4/5 plans have recipes from many of the books/eBooks and 1 plan that is all from the website or basic cooking (eg. Bacon and Eggs) These plans have been offered for those who like to plan their weekly meals and be able to track their macros (all book recipes have complete macros provided). With these plans, if you are making large serving sizes or it is only for yourself you can choose to reduce the recipe to fit, or use leftovers as other meals to keep costs down. Remember to eat only when hungry and up until satiated. In the new year, I will have a special Membership Site that will have planners, and exclusive content available to all members, so stay tuned for news on that, as well as some other useful planning ideas.
