UMD Poverty Analysis and Tabulation Tool (PATT)
Stand-alone software application
Uses CPS Annual Social & Economic Supplement (ASEC) data from 1968-2007
Allows users to analyze poverty data by manipulating the threshold and income definition of the current poverty measure
