1) How to check the negative dependencies of a job? Open that particular appl in mainframe and then find the keyword like 'NOT WITH'. If the job is having that keyword means it was assigned with negative dependency. 2) How to verify whether a job is on hold before coming to queue? Download the appl where that job is there and do double click. It will open the new window there choose the Option tab and see the whether the Hold on submission checkbox is on or not. 1) How to check the negative dependencies of a job?Open that particular appl in mainframe and then find the keyword like 'NOT WITH'. If the job is having that keyword means it was assigned with negative dependency.

In above screenshot you can find ‘NOTWITH’ for negative dependency and ‘JOBATTR HOLD’ for keeping hold on that particular job.

3) How to see a particular system's job?Use srchfor command for that job name in your production ESP library.

4) How to find out a job in ESP which is not in the queue?Use srchfor command for that job name in your production ESP library.

5) How to find a previous run date for job as jobs are not in ESP for more then 36 hrs? Use list job history option OR Click on LMI View and give LAP APPL NAME.generation number ALL, you will get the details for that particular application.

6) How to find the jobs for more then 3 bucs code?Same as for 3 bucs code and you can more than one in samtime as like as below screenshot:

Create the filter like as above screenshot and add it then click OK. You will get the screen like below by this you can check monitor more than one schid at the same time.

7) How to find a job whether it is in ESP or not?You cannot see the job until the appl has been triggered in ESP only the way you can see is srchfor command for that particular job in ESP production library.

8) How to see whether a job is noex or not as ESP bypass the jobs and shows noex. If it is non executable.Use SRCHFOR command in ESP Prod library and then open that appl which contains that job name and check for keyword ‘SELFCOMPLETING’ like as below screenshot:

9) Some jobs are not in CA-7 but we can request to run them through CA-7.Can we do it IN ESP.There are two ways: 1) Raise a BMRS to run the job alone in ESP with library and job name

details. 2) Need to create a dummy event with below procedure and raise a BMRS to trigger the event.
