ACF Teambuilding & Events is one of the UK’s leading event companies with over 20 years of

experience running thousands of fantastic corporate events.

We have an innovative and versatile event management team who can help with all of your

requirements. With activity days ranging from tank driving, indoor team building games or

teambuilding challenges. We can run these in the great outdoors or at a hotel.

All of our events are bespoke and can be designed to meet a wide variety of objectives at a cost

efficient price. To ensure that the quality and control is maintained ACF actually owns and maintains

the majority of equipment.

Teambuilding Challenges Continued…….

TThhee PPiittssttoopp CChhaalllleennggee Teams must plan, budget and build a non-motorised speed machine using the materials provided. Every

minute counts so it isn’t just the vehicle that has to be quick!

TThhee PPaappeerr HHiigghhwwaayy Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines … well actually, no! Hold on a minute. First you have to plan

and construct the Highway— out of paper!

Rocket Challenge The government has decided that it is time for this country to rediscover that flair of invention,

creativity and adventure that made this country great!!! All budding scientists, engineers and

inventors are to compete head to head in constructing and launching their very own rocket ship!


It’s a Knockout!

This is a hilarious team building game first played

back in the seventies. Its continued appeal is most

definitely down to the fantastic atmosphere

generated by the teams as they try and out do their

opponents on the wacky Knockout Course.

COMBAT ZONE - Catapult to a victory using our

uniquely designed bungee mechanism that will fire

water soaked sponges to your waiting colleagues.

The giant inflatable castle surround makes this

extremely visual and involves the whole team.

CHARIOTS OF FIRE - Grab your Gladiator Hat and off

you race against the other team in your fabulous

chariot, will you be able to stand the pressure or will

your team collapse with defeat!

HUGE TUBES - There’s water and foam in this

amazing game of speed and slippery action. A relay

based sprint where you will have to squeeze through

the Tubes complete with your giant foam fish finger.

MINEFIELD - Using a bucket with more holes than a

colander, participants must ‘tip-toe’ across the

minefield inflatable to put as much water in the

measuring cylinder as possible.

COSTUME CAPERS - The chef and waiter race to help

their team collect as many of their items as possible

whether its wine bottles or pizza the site of these

huge giants is hilarious. Costumes vary.

WONDER WHEELS - Participants climb inside huge

inflatable wheels and race around like hamsters on

heat! The object is to get to the chequered flag first.

SLIPPERY SLOPE - Because there “ain’t no mountain

high enough” we have an inflatable substitute! You'll

be required to carry items across the obstacle.

Big Events (example)

MMaakkee aa FFiillmm iinn aa DDaayy!!

A fun orientated, team building activity in which teams will have to use their creative talents to

produce a short TV commercial or Film representing a chosen product or service.

This can be pre allocated by the company to incorporate a message, or chosen by ACF.

Tasks include establishing roles, script writing, creating storyboards, planning costumes, learning

camera skills, and performing in front of the camera.

This teambuilding production is ideal for those who like to be in front of a camera and

those who like to be behind one. Each team will be asked to record enough material to produce 90

seconds of film before handing everything over to our editor – who will edit the footage into a slick

professional looking commercial, ready for viewing during the evening event.

We shall of course make available to you all the equipment and technical expertise that you will require

to complete this task. But be warned you have a very strict timetable to keep to and any penalties

incurred for failing to maintain schedules could have an effect on the outcome of the days challenge.

A great finale for the day is to have an awards ceremony with the screening of the days

productions at a TV Awards style ceremony.

Forget any pre-conception you may have of a

low budget, amateur race night. A Night at

the Races is a premium quality event,

presented to the highest standard.

From a fully themed ’sit down’ event for 400

guests at Ascot Racecourse, to an informal

after dinner activity for 20 people, we can

tailor this flexible event to meet your

requirements.

Movie Quiz Night

Forget a standard paper pub quiz this is a fun,

multi-media quiz presenting video clips, audio

entertainment, interactive and traditional

rounds. This Hollywood quiz is a slick

professional event that can be tailored for any

occasion.

Themes will range from Horror, Romance,

Western, Musical. If you have any specific

requests these can also be incorporated.

Casino Tables

Guests will have a chance to try their luck with

our full size professional Casino Tables.

Our fully trained croupiers will give them

whatever instruction and advice they require.

We use professional roulette wheels and

luxury baize tables exactly the same as those

installed in many of the world’s most

glamorous Casinos.

ACF (Aldwick Court Farm) is nestled at the foot of the Mendip Hills in amongst 300 scenic acres of land,

offering some of the best facilities in the UK for activity, and teambuilding days. The site is a 10/15 minute

drive from Cadbury House, 25-minute drive from Bristol City Centre and only 5 minutes from Bristol

International Airport with easy access from the M4 and M5.

ACF caters for complete beginners to the more experienced shot and uses lighter-weight equipment for

ladies. Each shooting stand will be manned by a qualified instructor who will show guests various

techniques of shooting simulated game e.g. crossing pigeon, high pheasant.

Hovercraft

If you want a unique ride you can’t go far wrong with the experience of “flying” a hovercraft.

It’s not as easy as you might think but we are sure you will enjoy learning.

Your staff or clients can experience a unique, unforgettable away day by driving one of our Military

Vehicles. Choose from some of the world’s toughest military vehicles and then under the guidance of

out highly skilled instructors drive it on ACF’s specially designed off-road course.

We can include as much, or as little as you like to create your perfect day / evening.

We have listed some example prices below for your information, but please call for an accurate

quote and suggestions for appropriate activities.

Teambuilding Challenges Based on a 3 hour session

£70 per person + vat

Learn a Skill 1 hour sessions

Set up cost = £1200 + vat / Additional Guests = £25 per person + vat

Learn a skill activities can also be incorporated into Multi Activity Days & Teambuilding Days. Prices on request.
