Brief Company Overview Double Division, Inc. (DDI) has managed and provided service for multiple clients and locations throughout California for over 13 years now.

Our founder bringing past skill sets and an outlook from the sport of baseball and being fortunate to have been associated with winning teams. What he learned on the field was incorporated into our organization today. The reliability, the team commitment,  dedication, great leadership and unity to perform for the overall success as a team. Opportunities are not given they are earned and once obtained you need to become a team player to not only better your company "TEAM" but your clients as well.

Our client (s) identified these values within the first five years that we were driven to become a lifelong partner not just another vendor searching for a paycheck. Creating a new standard in the facility & landscape management field. We are poised to prove our self-worth not only as a compliment vendor but as a partner and becoming a true value add for our cleints.

I do understand we are estimating landscape maintenance and we value that opportunity. I would also like to extend our services in case the opportunity ever presents itself. Or services range from tenant improvements to landscape design as well as providing a clear vision to operate by using and utilizing Siprema Solutions as a software as a service. Pricing Structure

• Our price strategy has been based upon competitive market analysis price sets• In house 7-15% depending on project or task• Managed work 2-7% depending on time managed • Our prices are based on actual case history of performed work. • Square footage and industry standards in comparison. • Percentage of cost provided from Sub contractor. This can be from 0%-23%. This is determined by actual in house involvement of work

being self performed or subcontracted.

To be a part of a rapidly growing industry, the base in which we structure our price models to meet our clients needs; to grow are vital to our success. We have the immediate structure in place and innovative models which allow us to save money for our clients and yet perform a high level of consistent work. Purposed SolutionsSelf Performance:

     Double Division Inc. is well aware our staff is a reflection of us and more importantly our clients ion the field. Our rigorous background screening and (3) stage interview ensures the highest quality staff on site. We also set ourselves a part by utilizing training technology that gives insight to how to perform on the site prior to setting foot on the premise. The RED Diamond Code in which our staff performs from is a testament to our core values. We provide uniforms, safety gear, and vehicles with company logo to promote in house safety as well as your site staff safety awareness. The team is managed by a PM who oversees a field Superintendent that monitors the sites and crews. Our crew leaders are responsible for their teams W.O. and projects. Also, we have an Irrigation tech a drought tolerate specialist, meteorologist and 24 hr call service as part of the network. 

Subcontractor Model:

     Our contracts, that are in place are the same as the client requirements. Sub-Contractors are to adhere to the same insurance and licensing as DDI has under contract with our client (s). Last, we have in place an addendum to the contract that requires the subcontractors to adhere and utilize our developed program; Siprema Solution. Sub Contractor after being selected and proven will provide for us 1 point of contact with in the regions compounds. DDI Portfolio managers work directly with subcontractors PM in the maintaining of the site daily. It is required for the subcontractor to provide a monthly update of sites conditions as well as our PM review the sites every season or project pacific to insure that they are meeting the standards per contract. A star system was created in conjunction then Data is entered Siprema Solutions.
