DESCRIPTION
Describes an holistic online assessment tool that will integrate the critical competencies associated with the Diploma of Management. The assessment tool will be developed with two options. The first will be a scenario based problem solving tool that will allow learners to choose from a number of different responses in order to meet the challenges of managing people and resources to achieve outcomes. The second option will be a tool that will enable learners to develop a real project within their workplace, monitor progress and enable them to demonstrate their ability to integrate and demonstrate the critical competencies of the Diploma of Management.TRANSCRIPT
