They are also extremely easy to install as they do not require any floor excavation.These floor hinges come in feature-advanced designs for extreme reliability and are manufactured using high quality steel for exceptional durability. The closing speed can be adjusted through the adjustment valve on the Damping hinge (Hinge B)

BRUSH SEAL is a door bottom seal which closes the gap between the glass door bottom and the floor. It can be installed on every traditional hinged door and also on pivot doors with concealed floor spring. The seal adapts to the floor spring plate with its self-levelling spring mechanism.

The fine hair of the brush allow to create a barrier against dust and insects without interfering with the functional operation of the door, even when the floor is not perfectly smooth.
