Sunday Summit The Sunday Summit is designed to encourage students in their understanding of the greatest book in the universe— the Word of God. We aim to assist parents in laying a foundation of faith that will get students through the disturbed cultural waters at school, work, and on their sports teams. Our messages tackle topics that challenge their understanding of God. We have a time of worship, testimonies and building friendships. Our Student Sunday service is during the 10:30 AM service in the Summit wing (North end of the building).

LEDGE Events. You can assist our leaders in organizing events, outreaches, and icebreakers to name a few. Many hands make light work and creative minds make for exciting times of community. You choose how often! !!

LEDGE Hospitality. Food speaks loud and clear. Hospitality volunteers on Sundays and Wednesdays pave the way for an atmosphere that says, “we are glad you’re here!” !

Setup and/or cleanup Refreshments. !You can help by providing refreshments for our meetings. This is HUGE!!!

Sunday Worship. If you are musically talented you can help one of our teams lead worship. The teams are planned for each week to lead instrumentally and vocally. !!

Prayer Team. If your time is more limited, your influence is not! We recognize our deep need for God’s intervention in the lives of our students as they face a culture that pushes against God. You can intercede at home or when we meet!

How YOU can be involved:

Led by a dedicated team of adult leaders, Summit is enthusiastic about encouraging Junior and Senior High students in finding their unique identity in Christ. To accomplish this, we focus on: !A Faith Foundation. We creatively impart the most crucial truths for life in order to develop a strong belief system and accurate perspective of God. We accomplish this through genuine worship experiences and relevant teaching.!Community. We work hard to provide a safe place for community, acceptance, mentoring, and questions, in order to make a clear path for spiritual growth.!Meaningful Purpose. Our leadership team develops individual and group outreach opportunities through

serving our church body and the local community.!Hopeful Future. We organize ministry events to give the training and motivation to lovingly communicate the gospel to those without Christ, both locally and globally.

The LEDGE The LEDGE is our Wednesday night Bible study based on the community of small

groups. Each group is led by a team of two caring adults in which students can safely interact and ask questions. We also enjoy a varied schedule that includes

nights of ministry, movie nights, and game nights. We meet at 7:00 PM each week during the school year.

Activities & Service Opportunities Summit organizes regular events to give students a chance to serve together and to make an impact in their world, their church, and their community. One of the provided ministry times is found during the weekly 8:30 AM Sunday service. Areas like Cafe help, Children’s Ministry, Greeting, Ushering, Worship team, and Sight and Sound are available to jump into.
