No inquiry, no suspicion. The Wise Men just trusted and went.

But there’s more: “…They opened the treasures they had brought with them and presented Jesus with gifts of gold, incense, (better known as frankincense) and of myrrh (a

powerful anointing oil)” (Matthew 2:11)

“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light. On those living in the land of the shadow of

death, a light has dawned, for unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government shall

be on his shoulders. And he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting

Father, Prince of Peace. The increase of his peace will know no end. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will

accomplish this.” (Isaiah 9:2; 6-7)
