Statement-Opinion: The most pressing issues are safety, and physiological needs. There are others also that press the top. The others are pressing but safety, and physiological needs are the foundational issues.

My ideas for addressing this starts and ends with the following:a. We must teach the community; ward; and city to dream more; and work to make our dreams (community, ward, and city) come true. b.We must help build better schools to develop better students, and residents.

The 4th Ward covers a very broad social economic and cultural breadth that we must education each others, build rapport, build relationship, build respect, to get better results.The main key is communication.
