Dominique has worked for Gemelli in a variety of positions between December 2008 and April 2013.

During this time, Dominique began working as a Junior Designer for the local production of Ladies Wear. She was promoted to Planner / Coordinator and then, through her continued dedication, secured a further promotion to the position of Junior Merchandiser within the Accessories division.

Dominique has been an integral part of the team and a valuable employee to the organization. She has a good knowledge and understanding of both garments and accessories alike and her communication skills with offshore manufacturing units (China) have been exemplary.

Dominique has an extremely helpful and approachable nature and this has allowed her to develop very good relationships, not only with her colleagues within the office environment, but also with the various retail accounts she has been responsible for. (Mr Price / Edcon / Meltz to name a few)

Dominique’s skills at prioritizing, multi tasking and delegating has allowed her to consistently accomplish tasks set within the time boundaries allocated to her within the various positions she has held.

In all of Dominique’s positions within Gemelli she has been exposed to commercially sensitive information and has been totally trustworthy in not divulging this information to others.

Dominique is extremely honest and reliable and her time keeping and attendance has been outstanding.

Dominique is leaving us to pursue her career in Cape Town and I wish her every success for the future. On a personal note, Dominique comes with my highest recommendation. She is a very hard-working and loyal person and is someone I would gladly re-employee should the opportunity present itself.
