• About Bicton ArenaBicton Arena is considered as the leading Equestrian venue in the Southwest of England, attracting competitors from all over the UK.Set in majestic Grade One Listed Devon Parkland, it has superb facilities and a dynamic team led by professional event rider Helen West.Competitions are held throughout the year and collectively attract in the region of 10,000 competing horses, with an estimated footfall in the region of a steadily increasing 50,000 per annum.
Bicton Arena is truly unique, being the only venue to host International Horse Trials as well as top-level Showjumping and Dressage Competitions in this country. We also support a wide range of Pony Clubs and local Riding Clubs and host many “grass root” competitions and residential camps here throughout the season. This leads to us having an extremely diverse cross section of equestrian enthusiasts

• Opportunities at Bicton Arena• Arena advertising – this ranges from banner advertising to branding of the Arena &
naming rights (ie The Companies name Arena)• Cross Country Course Advertising – there are up to 30 fences, jumped at over
20mph over a 5km course providing high action with a spectacular sponsorship backdrop. Branding & naming rights for fences can be enhanced with advertising boards& product displays built into fence design. Commentary over the public address system on the fence sponsor including product & service info
• The Classes – Individual classes can be sponsored• Title Sponsorship - an entire event can be sponsored (ie The Companies name
International Horse Trials)• Programme Advertising – Exclusive to sponsors are advertising opportunities
within the official event programme, as well as leaflets/inserts that can be distributed with the programmes
• On Line Activities – a key information source for competitors and visitors to the venue is the official website & sponsors can be incorporated into the web activity with logos, links, coverage in news items, promotions and incentives

provides an unrivalled opportunity to reach your target audience• Monthly newsletters/mailshots – an ideal opportunity to promote your monthly
offers instore and online• Event services – there are a multitude of event services which can be sponsored
such as big screens, branded clothing and merchandise• Event facilities – sponsorship of stable manager’s office or judge’s box • Wifi – Bicton Arena are currently investigating Wifi provision for competitors &
supporters. Your company could be the title sponsor of this innovative idea which would enable a branded login page to advertise the company
• Touch screen scoreboards/startlists – opportunity to advertise current promotions on the rolling screen
• Live streaming – opportunity to reach thousands via our new live streaming link • Trade stand - Trade stand space at sponsored events

• New Water JumpWe are planning on making a new water jump for 2016 and are looking for a sponsor who would then have three year naming rights to this feature. It will look similar to the water at Barbury
Castle Horse Trials (see below left) but will go in the majestic setting of our iconic Main Arena (see below right).
