This is in conjunction with the Higher National Diploma in Computing and System Development course he is currently enrolled on at Walsall College. The placement is one day a week and Jasvir works as part of the 2nd Line Support team, resolving customer IT technical issues passed on from the 1st Line Service Desk. Jasvir has integrated into the team and has shown initiative on resolving calls using the tuition he has had at college along with shared knowledge from the team. He has attended punctually on the scheduled days as agreed, and advised us in advance when College commitments have prevented him. We wish Jasvir well in his chosen future career.
