Reporting to the store manager, my duties as a Store Assistant include:

* Supporting the Store Manager and Shift Managers in running the store and maintaining standards

* Providing great customer service

* Replenishing stock

* Processing deliveries

* Carrying out general shop floor processes to ensure the smooth running of the store

Volunteer work at TCV 2014I took part in a volunteer role at tcv which included admin tasks and helping people with their literacy tasks.
