Work Experience:-
1. Working in Sharon Biomedicine Ltd as a Process Engineer in R&D and Pilot Plant since June-2011 to Aug-2013. Working with Technology Transfer Team.
Responsible for:
Preparing PFD and P&ID for the Process Developed by R&D. Heat and Mass Balance Calculation. Designing of Equipment’s like Reactor, Heat Ex-changer etc. Place focus on Safety and Environmental aspects. Carry out Process in Production under R&D supervision. Following safety guidelines and factory rules.
2. Worked in Sun Pharmaceuticals Industrial Ltd as a Trainee Officer (Production) since July-2010 to May-2011.
Worked in Solvent Recovery Plant Responsible for Handling of Distillation Column for various type of Distillation like Fractional Distillation,
Azeotropic Distillation etc. Handle all operation with safety. Discuss & identify the production problem / trouble shooting on daily basis so that there
should be minimum loss of solvent and yield. Prepare monthly production report.
