COVERBIND INNOVATION

BINDING PROCESS: During the binding process, the pages and the book binding cloth fl ow into the adhesive.

The vertical edges of the adhesive attach to the cover ensuring all papers melt into the adhesive.

After cooling, the cloth, adhesive, and cover stock fuse together.

The book binding cloth in the adhesive improves the spine squareness, durability, and hinge effect on the spine.

SCORING PROCESS: Our covers are the fi rst pre-folded thermal covers in the world.

The covers are folded back on themselves during the production process. This allows the bound document to hinge open the fi rst time it is used.
