LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM...... The Doctoral Incentive Loan Repayment
Program provides student loan repay-ment assistance as an incentive to attract
members of underrepresented groups tofull-time positions as faculty membersor administrators at public or privatehigher education institutions in Texas.

OCT ORAL INCENTIVELOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM
TO Q!)ALlFY FOR THE LOANREPAYMENT PROGRAM, YOU MUSTMEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Submit a completed application to the TexasHigher Education Coordinating Board by thepriority deadline: October 1;
Received a,doctoral degree from an accreditedcollege or university;
Graduated from a Texas high school that at thetime of graduation was
a) one from which only 50% or less of thegraduating class enrolled in an institution ofhigher education following graduation; orb) a low-income school;
OR
At the time of graduation from high school,resided in an area of Texas where the high schoolclosest to his or her residence was
a) one from which only 50% or less of thegraduatIng class enrolled in an institution ofhigher education following graduation; orb) a low-income school;
(@alified fdt IJeed-based financial assistance whileenrolled in a graduate-level degree program;
Must not have been employed full-time as a fac-ulty member or administrator with supervisoryduties in an eligible institution for more than 12months previous to the beginning of the aca-demic year to which you are applying;
Have a full-time job offer or be negotiating acontract with an eligible institution for a positionas either: a faculty member or as an administratorwith supervisory duties;
Be a Texas Resident.
