Abstract

• This contribution introduces a set of the contributions to the Vancouver meeting that– Resolve comments 1, 7, 60

– Partially resolve comments 2, 3, 25, 35 in the parts related to CE operation (CM and CDIS operation parts are TBD)

• Contributions are interrelated with each other– Resolution to one comment can be in several contributions

– One contribution can cover several comments

Submission

Update to Reference Model

• First update is related to the TR_SAP to address comment 60– More details on the TR_SAP operation are given in the contribution

“Entities Common Operation”

• Second update is related to the removing primitives definition from Section 5 to address comment 1– Contribution “Primitives” proposes the new format to define primitives

• Third update is related to the removing data types from Section 5 to address comments 2 and 3– Contribution “Update to Data Types” proposes merged data types

Primitives

• This contribution provides ASN.1 definition of the primitives to address comment 1

– Only primitives and their parameters used in the contributions “Entities Common Operations” and “CE Operation” are included in the contribution

– It is proposed that this ASN. 1 definition is used as a template to add more primitives and parameters used in other profiles

– This can be done, for example, by the WG Technical Editor and the authors of this contribution are willing to provide any required help

• Also this contribution introduces new concept needed to support external management entities, for example, RLSS

– One CE can serve several WSOs

Update to Procedures

• This contribution contains minor changes to the procedures that are needed to support proposed CE Operation
