• Developed around 1890 by Karl Friedrich Louis Doberman

• One of the most recognizable breeds• Careful breeding improved the disposition of this

breed• Modern Doberman is energetic

The height of the Doberman is:  24-28" / 61-71.1 cm  The weight: 65-90 lbs / 29.5-40.8 kg

Issues about the breed

• Eat things they aren't supposed to like:• Rocks, coins, plants and socks• Bloats because of its deep narrow chest.• Ligaments tear easily, common in active dogs.
