Ngy nay vi s pht trin ca khoa hc v k thut, ngi ta p dng cc thnh tu ca khoa hc v i sng v sn xut. Cng nh i vi cc ghnh khoa hc khc, nghnh c kh cng p dng rt nhiu tnh tu v khoa hc c bit l iu khin s. Phn ln cc my mc trong cng nghip hin i ngy nay u s dng my iu khin s.

Trong khun kh n ny chng em s thc hin ti thit k khun thi chai nht . ti c ngha trong cuc sng, trong sut qu trnh lm n chng em cng tham kha nhiu ti liu lin quan cng vi s hng dn ca thy gio Trn nh Sn gip em hon thnh n ny. CAD_CAM (computer aided design/ computer aided manufacturing) l thut ng ch vic thit k v ch to trn my tnh.S dng my tnh thc hin mt s chc nng nht nh trong thit k v ch to. CAD_CAM s to ra mt nn tng cng ngh cho vic tch hp my tnh trong sn xut

CAD(Computer Aided Design ) l vic s dng h thng may tnh h tr xy dng,phn tch hay ti u ha.

CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) l vic s dng h thng my tnh lp k hoch qun l v iu khin cc hot ng sn xut thng qua giao din trc tip hay gin tip gia my tnh v cc ngun lc sn xut.

CNC(Computer Numerical Controlled ) trc y cc chng trnh iu khin NC u thc hin thng qua bng c l,iu khin phi c b lc cung cp gii m tn hiu iu khin cho cc trc my,vi cch ny c nhiu hn ch,tn thi gian,cc chng trnh phi vit li v dung lng b.Chng trnh CNC khc phc cc nhc im bng cch c hng nghn bit thng tin trong b nh.Cho n nay chng trnh CNC xut hin trong hu ht cc ngnh cng nghip,y l lnh vc c s kt hp cht ch gia my tnh v my cng c.

1.2) ng dng CAD_CAM trong thit k v ch to sn phm:

Cho n nay vic ng dng cc thnh tu khoa hc cng ngh vo sn xut rt mnh m.Ngy nay,nhiu my cng c c thay bng my CNC.ng dng CAD_CAM_CNC t chc sn xut km theo l cc phn mm ng dng lp trnh v iu khin my.

Ton b cc thao tc gia cng trn my u c thit k v m phng trn my bng cc phn mm gip trnh c cc sai st c th xy ra.

Trnh thit k v ch to khun mu c th c coi l tiu ch nh gi s pht trin ca nn cng nghip. Sn phm khun mu hin nay l cc sn phm c in t k thut cao,vic ng dng cng ngh thng tin vo khun mu hin nay theo cc hng sau:

Hon thin v pht trin phn cng s iu khin CNC,pht trin phn mm theo hng n gin trong lp trnh,tch hp nhiu tnh nng ,giao din linh hot,thun li

ng dng h thng cc phn mm tch hp CAD_CAM_CNC ang l th trng mua bn v ng dng kh si ng.Nu khng c phn mm CAD_CAM th khng th thit k v ch to cc khun mu phc tp c chnh xc cao.

Trong vic ch to sn phm khun mu cng ngh cao th vic ng dng cng ngh thng tin rt c hiu qu v ng vai tr quyt nh quan trng trong ngnh c in t .Vic ng dng cng ngh thng tin trong gia cng c kh bng cc thit b iu khin s l vn c ngha khoa hc v thc tin ln trong o to cng nh trong sn xut c kh.

1.3) Gi thiu chung v chc nng ca PROE trong t hp CAD CAM CNC:

Phn mm PROE l phn mm tch hp y cc tnh nng thit k v m phng qu trnh gia cng chi tit, vi chc nng nh vy chng ta c th s dng cc chng trnh c lp trnh bng phn mm ny kt ni nhp vo b iu khin my CNC ,hay quan st qu trnh gia cng trc khi i vo gia cng thc t.

Trong phn mm PROE c nhiu modun khc nhau,sau y l mt s mondun dng thit k chi tit, phn khun v lp trnh gia cng.

- Modul Sketcher:

Sketcher l modul pht tho c nhim v chnh l to ra cc m hnh 2D v 3D t hnh thnh cc m hnh Solid hoc Surface. Tuy nhin do k tha cc cng c v ca CAD truyn thng, li c b sung cc cng c tham s ha,Sketcher tr thnh cng c v mnh v rt linh hot to ra cc bn v k thut.

- Modul Part:Thit k cc m hnh khi dng 3D da co phng php n khi hoc qut thnh khi c( solid) hoc thnh mng(shell) hoc mt phng (surface).- Modul Mannufacturing:

Thit k m phng tch khun v gia cng.

Chng II: PHN TCH V THIT K CHI TIT2.1) La chn chi tit: Cc chi tit gia cng trn my CNC th yu cu chnh xc v

nhm b mt cao, do khng th gia cng c trn cc may cng c thng thng.Gm cc chi tit: + Chi tit l mt b phn chnh ca cc khun dp, khun dp vut, khun c, khun p,... to ra cc sn phm nha, composite hoc cc sn phm c kh,...

+ Chi tit c hnh dng b mt phc tp, yu cu chnh xc cao nh: Turbin thy lc, kh nn, chn vt tu thy,....

+ Chi tit yu cu chnh xc v bng b mt cao, yu cu phi tch hp nhiu bc cng ngh trn mt nguyn cng khi thc hin gia cng ch to.

Trong khun kh n ny chng em s thc hin ti thit k khun thi chai nht2.2) Phn tch k thut v iu khin lm vic ca khun dp:a) iu khin lm vic

+ Chu tc dng c hc gy ra trn b mt khun.

+Vt liu lm khun yu cu phi c bn cao v t b mi mn + Lc va p do dng khun t 10 200KN

+ Chi tit khun l phn to hnh b mt cnh qut0 do yu cu chnh xc cao

+ Mt phn khun di hi bng v chnh xc m bo kn kht,khng to bavia cho sn phm,c) Vt liu v c tnh yu cu

- Vt liu ch to l ht sc quan trng bi v n lin quan n tui th ca khun, chnh xc gia cng, tc gii nhitkhi trn vt liu tha mn cc yu cu sau:

+ Vt liu d tm, tnh gia cng tt

+Tnh chu mi mn,chu n mn cao

+ Thot nhit dng, t bin dng do nhit

Do cc yu cu trn nn vt liu ti s dng gia cng chi tit ny l thp C45 c cc thng s sau:

+ Gii hn bn: b= 610 MN\m2

+ Gii hn chy: c= 360 MN\m2

+ cng : HB = 190 HB

2.3) Thit k chai cnh qut: - thit k chi tit ny em dng phn mm PROENGINEER 4.0.

- Khi ng phn mm Pro/Engineer 2001 bng cch kch p chut vo biu tng trn mn hnh nn Desktop.

- Sau chn modul part nh hnh bn

Trong modul part ta v c hnh nh sau:

2.4) Thit k khun c cnh qut:T menu Mold Model chn CreateWorkpieceManualName: phoikhuon

Chn SoildProtrusionExtrudeSoildDoneBoth sidesDone.

Chn Setup NewPlanePickri chn vo mt phng MOLD_PARTING_PLN trn vng v ri OK. Ri chn TopPlanePickchn vo mt phng MOLD_FRONT vng Sketch hin ra.

Dng lnh circle v hnh ch nht c kch thc ng knh l 370mm. Sau BlindDoneEnter Depth: 130OKDone/ReturnDone/Return.

2.4.1) To cc mt phn khun:

+Mt phn th nht :- Chn Pating Surf/ Create/ nhp vo tn cho mt phn khun /Add / Copy /Done /Pick cc b mt cn copy /Done /OK.

- Chn Extend /Along Dir /Up To Plane /Done / Bndry Chain / Pick

mt Copy /Select All /Done / Plane / Pick mt phi di y cnh qut / Done

Extend ko di ra b mt phi.

+Mt phn th hai :

- Chn Pating Surf /Create / nhp vo tn cho mt phn khun

- Chn Edit / Fill .

- Chn / References / Define /Plane / Pick Surf :F1 Top/ lm mt

phng v phc.

- Chn Use / Single / chn hnh trn trong mt F1 / Done / Ok.

+Mt phn th ba : chia khun thnh 2 phn bng nhau.-Tr li mi trng part to mt phn khun th 3.

-Chn Edit / Sweep / Surface / Select traj / nhp vo cc i tng ta mun to surface / Done / Accept / Ok / Done vo mi trng v phc.

-Chn lnh Line v 1 on t tm ra di 150mm -Chn Done /OK. Kt qu cho ta mt phn khun nh hnh.

2.4.2) To cc th tch khun t cc mt phn khun hin c nh hnh

b khun:

Ta to cc th tch t cc mt phn khun c nh hnh b khun.

+ Chn Mode Volume /split/ two volume/ All wrkpcs /Done v pick vo mt side 2 ri nhn done th h thng hin sng phn th tch khun to ra v cn ta t tn cho n.

+ Nu tip tc mn to cc th tch nh hn trong phn th tch to ra th ta vo Mode Volume/ split/ two volume/ Mode Volume /done. + V y l khun thi nn trn ming khun ti phn ming chai phi c ming cn d cha u thi v ct keo nn ta n thm phn c hnh dng cn cha du thi v ct keo 2.4.3) Bung cc th tch thnh cc phn t khun bng lnh Extract v m phng m khun kim tra ly sn phm: -Chn Mold componen / Extract / chn tt c cc phn t.

-Chn Mold Opening / Define Step / Define Move / Chn phn khun v

Chng III: LP QUY TRNH CNG NGH GIA CNG 3.1) Phn tch kh nng cng ngh gia cng chi tit:

- Trong cc dng sn xut hng lot ln v hng khi, qui trnh cng ngh c xy dng theo nguyn tc phn tn hoc tp trung nguyn cng. Do mi my thc hin mt nguyn cng th qui trnh cng ngh c chia ra cc nguyn cng n gin c thi gian nhp nh nhau hoc bi s ca nhiu.

- Theo nguyn tc chung nguyn cng th qui trnh cng ngh thc hin trn my phay CNC MORISEIKI MITSUBISHI MELDAS t ng. Da vo nguyn tc trn ta phn loi phng n gia cng theo cc c im sau:

- Nguyn cng: Tm khun di c bc dn hng. - Dng sn xut: hng khi. - Gia cng nhiu v tr ng vi nhiu bc cng ngh. - Gia cng bng nhiu loi dao. - Phng php gia cng tun t.
