Do you think that celebrities deserve privacy?

In recent years, lots of newspapers, news, and magazines focus on the actions of

pop singers, movie stars and other famous men and women. Through these media, the

masses can know everything relevant to celebrities. However, famous people want to

lead normal lives without intense scrutiny as well. This essay will illustrate the rights

of the celebrities’ privacy.

Some people think that famous people should have private lives as ordinary

people. They have their own families, friends, and lovers who always stay with them

to share their moods and give them motivation. If they were always besieged by the

mass population and reporters, they are going to be affected by the media’s

sensationalism and lead lives in anguish.

Celebrities have the rights. They are as every one of us as citizens who surely

have the authority to privacy. The basic right which should be protected, respected

and guaranteed by our laws and regulations which are under whatever circumstances.

Nobody has the power to ruin the stipulation

Opponents of journalists say that the media’s responsibility is to supply its

audience with some perspectives. They think that can make the ordinary people

realize the considerable details of celebrities so that they can satisfy their curiosity to

the full. However, those exposed people can be severely injured by such press

attention. A large amount of sensational stories about their private lives cause a great

deal of unhappiness to them.

Paparazzi claim that their work is to supply news, because celebrities are in the

spotlight, renowned or notorious that they are the topic of ordinary people who want

to know everything about them. Nonetheless, many famous people can’t live normal

lives in order to escape reporters. They live in danger. For instance, Princess Diana

died in a car accident as she attempted to escape photographers in a chase through

Paris.

Everyone has the right to privacy no matter who you are. It should be imperative

that the public should have empathy that builds up a harmonious scene in which

people can enjoy their live tranquilly and peacefully.
